Failure to follow basic instruction

I feel for a review I just read about this attorney. My mother hired her to make a simple amendment to an already existing trust. I emailed them all the pertinent documents with the information for my mother. my mom believing that all was well came home with a notorized amendment that was completely ...wrong. This woman had beneficiaries sharing in things they were not entitled to and people left out where they weren't to be. It was an absolute mess. After reading it thoroughly my mom was beside herself. I didn't give her the opportunity to be any way with me. I emailed her and explained that my mom would not be paying her for services that were rendered incorrect because they couldn't take the time to read accompanying documents. I would never recommend her or a firm that would allow these glaring mistakes to go without being addressed
