Kia Champion

I got in a horrific car accident and was referred to Mr. Champion by a friend. I was unsure about hiring an attorney because I had a really bad experience with an attorney in the past. Mr. Champion was a revelation! He's smart, kind, and genuinely cares about his clients. He would call me a few times... a week to see how I was doing (I had been hurt pretty badly). He was always available when I called him. He sent me to great doctors. And he got me an amazing settlement. I hired Kia in March of 2015. I was pulled over for a "DUI," my 3rd in the last 8 years. I was never able to hire a lawyer in pervious cases, both of which were very low/close to the legal limit, and could have been reduced or even dropped had I been able to hire a lawyer. My blood alcohol level came... back at .05 but because it was considered my 3rd offense, I was being held to it. Although the DMV sent me a letter stating my Blood alcohol level was under legal limit, and my license was to remain in good standing, we were still being unfairly punished. During the pre trial, I was offered over 200 days of either jail time or a work program of 1600 hours+. They DA would not budge and so we prepared for trial. Kia told me he was confident in my case and that he would get the charges dropped. He was in constant communication with myself and the DA. We prepared to go to trial. The date was set and all. I was nervous. A jury was going to decide whether I was guilty or innocent. He believed me. He believed in me. He worked so hard through this trial, he went to several pre trials and fought for me. He then went to court the other day, on my behalf, and called me with great news. He called me with the best news ever. ALL MY CHARGES WERE DROPPED! To say this man is a miracle worker is an understatement. He is so personable and so professional. He beleieved in me and he believed in my innocence. He protected me and made me feel comfortable the entire time. He answered all my calls and questions promptly and took excellent care of me. I owe this man more than he will ever know. I'm so thankful that he was able to have all my charges dropped. I'm thankful that even in the times where I didn't see the light, he reassured me that he will take care of me. And he did. I recommend Kia to anyone who is looking for a lawyer to provide them the BEST service. He is truly the best lawyer out there!

I was very impressed with Mr. Champion. I was arrested for residential burglary, which I did not commit. I spoke to several attorneys, and all of them quoted me between $10,000.00 and $15,000.00. Mr. Champion was very honest and forthright about his experience, or lack thereof, but he promised me he ...would fully commit to my case. He also only charged me $5000.00.
