Katherina Butakova Alznauer

Attorney Katherina Alznauer obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law in 2011. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2004. She was admitted to the California Bar in 2014. Ms. Alznauer has almost 20 years of experience in immigration law. Business immigration: investor green cards and visas, talent green cards and visas, national interest waivers, employee transfers, work visas, employer green card sponsorship and student visas. (EB-5, EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3, B, E-2, F-1, H-1B, J-1, K, L, O, P). Family-based practice including green card interview appearances and responses to complex notices from the immigration agency. Ms. Alznauer is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is selected to the 2020 Southern California Rising Stars. Born in Belarus, Ms. Alznauer is fluent in Russian and Belorussian. She reads Polish, Ukrainian and French.
