Deborah Neufeld Davis

Deborah Davis Was Court Appointed & is paid for by the court as Minors Counsel for my child. She has ZERO interest in Helping her Minor clients - She doesn’t know what is- or care about The BEST iNTEREST oF CHiLDREN. She Has LiED About Everything in & out of the courtroom -in writing or verbally. ...She has done NO-investigating. Given No-Due Process in the case- Has Made Threats. Hangs up on the phone. Doesn’t reply to emails - and if she does she ignores the questions & tries gaslighting me - or using coercive control. I would run from not just Deborah but anyone who’s recommended her.

I hired Ms. Davis to represent me during my divorce. She did not perform her work ethically or in good faith. Extremely volatile, though the aggression does manifest as passive-aggression. Even if she is your only option, keep looking. I had to relieve Ms. Davis and hire a different attorney to take ...over because my interests were not protected.

I called for a consultation. Deborah Davis did not disclose what her hourly rate was. She invited me to her office without disclosure, that she intends to charge for the initial meeting. Deborah failed to disclose that she charges for the meeting and how much. She failed to disclose her hourly ...rate and charges for the consultation. Deborah was deliberate. I do not know enough about her experience or performance, however, based failure on her part to disclose her fees in advance are unethical at least. i still should consider myself lucky, as I have hired her, she would of bankrupted me. Deborah's hourly rate is $450.00 without a disclosure and notice. I was very angry, that only after the consultation Deborah Davis demanded a payment for $450.00. Have she told me prior making the appointment or when I have arrived, I would of walked away. Deborah must of knew that.
