I was injured at as strip mall while I was "on duty" with work. I called several attorneys only to get sent to voicemail, which was undetrstandable, as it was over the weekend. I read these reviews of David Gonor on here and realize how the PI case universe if extremely unfair... I realize the people that had 1-star reviews did not get the outcome they were seeking. My experience with David was so good I have a tough time seeing the same person that some people have reviewe...d. Kind, thoughtful, and efficient would be the descriptive terms I would use. He was given a messy case that had spent nearly 18 months with another firm that had not gotten anywhere from the start. On the surface, I thought this case was simple. We then found out many elements of PI cases in California even when the police report is clearly in your favor. Geico had tried to not accept any part of the liability because the client denied he was responsible even though he explained he was to the police on the scene. David went to work and had the ball rolling right away. Within 6 months we had progressed from filings to interrogatories and depositions and finally the settlement phase and frankly, I had given up hope on even getting the expenses paid. But David worked hard and I walked away with a cash settlement. VERY PLEASED with all the service Mr. Gonor offered and put forth in this matter.
