I had a great experience working with Termechi Law. From the beginning, they were professional, compassionate, and very knowledgeable about unemployment law. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and gave me confidence when I felt overwhelmed. In my own opinion, as a former client, Termechi law group did a very poor job handling my case. Bobby Termechi has been very aggressive in pushing me to settle on the first offer. He literally said I was guilty of what the company was claiming. He also gave me $500 to settle, then retracted it after ...I agreed. He did send it once the company cut the check but it was very unethical in my opinion. And now, after repeated requests for my case file to be sent to me, as is my right and being told I would have it by Friday, it finally came after I posted my review. But even more problems were revealed. I even fired them and they refused to be fired. I DO NOT recommend this attorney and his firm.
