Avi is non responsive when he feels insecure about your case he'll miss your calls he'll wing you on as long as he can take as much money as he can from you and not perform in a way I understand and realize now that he isn't very knowledgeable about the law but an honest lawyer should say so rather t...hen take your money and not perform leaving you in the same if not in almost a worse situation then you were in before hiring him be careful is all I can say about this guy !

Knows little and calls you less. He missed meeting after meeting without apology, made process mistakes, and landed my case in default by not showing up in court. After four months he still has not provided my case file, accounting of my case, nor cooperated with my new attorney. My case, including ...my legal, financial, and health situation is now greatly compromised. This so called professional is currently being investigated by the California State Bar. Let's see what they really do about lawyers like this. So far, no malpractice lawyers will take the case because there isn't enough money in it for them....yet.
