Biography
A lawyer since 1981, I am admitted in all state and federal trial and appellate courts in California as well as the United States Supreme Court. I founded the Law Offices of A. Hillary Grosberg in 1993 to represent individuals and enterprises, large and small, in all types of business, contract, creditors’ rights and real property disputes as well as disputes over wills and trusts in Probate Court. In addition, my firm's services include estate planning (wills and trusts), trust administration and business entity formation, I have been been teaching law related courses since 1984, and joined DeVry's Keller Graduate School of Management as an adjunct professor in 2010.
