He took my case because I was a victim of a catastrophic car accident that broke my neck and already had an insurance policy offer to me without the help of any attorney. David Drexler was hired to obtain more than what I was already offered. He was also supposed to l...itigate other causes of action associated with the case. He failed to litigate the causes of action and forced me to dismiss a case that had merit. He didn’t communicate at all. He intimidated me too and was emotional. I do not recommend David Drexler for any personal injury matters. In my personal experience and personal opinion, he was a very poor attorney.
