Michael Burgis and Jenny Valencia are rockstars. As a team, they handled my complex Worker's Compensation case with compassion, hard work, attention to detail, responsiveness and an effectiveness that went beyond the norm. They were up against one of the toughest WC insurance firms in my case, and ye...t, they were able to secure much needed surgeries, even during Covid, and even when I was out of state, per my doctor's orders, to be with family during a spine surgery and recovery. The character they showed, in the midst of handling so many cases, and the kindness they displayed while handling such a horrible circumstance (the WC case and injury), is extremely rare. After being very disappointed by two previous attorneys by their unresponsiveness to addressing questions or concerns I had, I very very fortunately found Mr. Burgis through a youtube video. His videos were so confident and reassuring, I knew I found the support I was needing to get me through a ver...y difficult time.
