Rita Skuratovsky

Rita Skuratovsky graduated from University of California, Los Angeles in 2004 and received her J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2008. While in law school she worked at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office as the lead research law clerk on a high profile case. After graduating law school, she began representing insureds and injured persons in insurance coverage/breach actions, serious personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death matters. She obtained favorable results for her clients through case-dispositive motions, mediation, arbitration and judicial settlement conferences. She successfully aided victims of the 2009 La Canada Flintridge wildfires in their claims against insurance companies. Her primary areas of practice include personal injury, insurance coverage/insurance bad faith, and employment law.
