Renee Reyes De Golier

Renee De Golier graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 2005 with a double major in the concentrations of Political Science and Sociology.  While an undergraduate, Renee was involved in several student organizations such as the University Law Forum, the Advocacy Association, and Pi Beta Phi National Women’s Fraternity. Renee also interned with the Riverside County Public Defender's Office during her undergraduate career.  Following her graduation, the University published an article she authored in the 2007 Edition of the University Law Forum Journal discussing the Fourth Amendment and its application to searches of private residences/structures.

Renee obtained her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in 2008.  While in law school, she maintained several law clerk positions in fields such as civil litigation and entertainment law and was a recipient of the Dean’s List Award. Renee was also involved in student associations such as the San Diego Student Bar Association, Business Law Society, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and the Entertainment Law Society.

Renee is admitted to practice law in the State of California.  She is admitted to appear before all Federal District Courts for the State and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  She has been practicing in the field of litigation, with a particular emphasis on real property, business, and transactional cases, since 2009. Renee has appeared on a variety of matters throughout the State of California, and she has successfully prevailed on both appeals and trials.
