I spoke to Randy on the phone & was very pleased with his knowledge of the reason for my contact, which was for my husband to adopt my two children & provide them with a Certified Birth Certificate, with the name they have used since Kindergar...ten. They are now both adults and have been, in all sense of the word, my husband's children, for all these years.
