I had the unfortunate need for a personal injury lawyer. Just the thought of dealing with a lawyer brought me more pain based on past experience. The last thing I need when I'm in severe pain is to chase down my own lawyer. On that same scale, I would give Michael a 15 for communication with me and keeping me informed at all times what was happening with my case. When I did call Michael, he usually answered, or sent me a text saying he'd get right back to me. Not once did Michael fail to get back to me.
