Marc Jeffrey Katzman

BEWARE. I presented a very credible injury case to Marc, and initially him and his staff were very friendly, stating that they are trustworthy, loyal and made a lot of other promises. Marc and I signed a contract and he then collected all of my evidence and even contacted the defending party in my ca...se as my representative. All of a sudden, Marc informs me that he can't continue representing my case, citing that he was too busy with other cases, and in all ways - in an email. He didn't even have the courtesy to call me. Then when I expressed my disappointment regarding the matter, Marc's attitude completely changed, and he surprisingly played "the victim". Both him and his staff went from all smiles to no longer taking my calls. Marc didn't even provide another attorney as a reference. It felt like high school... If you can believe it, Marc literally told me that he didn't understand how I felt inconvenienced by having to start all over with another lawyer. By the way, I was, and still am, suffering from a serious head injury... I eventually found another lawyer who was happy to take my case. But the experience with Marc's office is something I will never forget... I actually believe that Marc can be a capable attorney, but I can tell you that, in my experience with his office, he lacked empathy, was not responsible or most importantly, accountable.
