I was falsely accused of hitting someone's car and running away. HIT AND RUN California Vehicle Code 20002. Based on some jerk who hit my car and drove off's statement. Not only did this guy hit my car and drove off a block or two. But when I came out and couldn't see him anymore I called my insuranc...e immediately and was notified to make a police report. I did make a police report later the next day only because I kept calling the non emergency number and no one picked up. However 3 days later I had LAPD call me because when the jerk hit me, he took off my plates which were stuck on his car. So he called the cops on me after he left the scene of the crime. I was honest and explained to detective that I was driving and was hit and called my insurance that same day. Detective could care less. I guess he had to meet his quota and I was Charged by Van Nuys City Attorney with a crime. I have never been in this situation and have a clean record. When I consulted with Konstantin he explained everything and calmed me down. He sent out subpoena's and did a lot more then the public defender did in 2 months they had the case. The public attorney lost my file!!! VAn Nuys Public attorney lost my file, its unheard of...that is malpractice, but as I was explained to by other attorneys I interviewed there was nothing I could do. Additionally to make things worse the other party got a personal injury lawyer to file a frivolous case against me for a fender bender saying they were hurt for hitting my car. Konstantin quickly realized there was spoliation of evidence. And unfortunately explained that I have to prove my innocence before I go to trial in order to get the case dismissed, or spend a lot more money to show that I am innocent at trial. He was able to one get phone records of me calling my insurance that same night and also found a recorded statement I gave the insurance adjuster the next day. He also sent out demands from other party and their attorney to provide records of their numbers. I guess he was going to see from where they called 911 to report a hit and run. As soon as he did that, they backed off and prosecutor dropped the case. Not only that he sent a letter to other parties attorney to buzz off. He was professional quick, and very responsive. Walked me through the process. I was very relieved and glad I was referred by a friend to this great attorney.

Wow! I highly recommend Gurovich Law Group for any of your traffic violation cases! I received a speeding ticket last year and went through the process of extending it on my own and going to the arraignment. I completely forgot about the court trial that had been set for today at 8:30 AM (the day whe...n the officer is set to arrive).
