David seems like and probably is a decent guy outside of the profession...but made erros and 1) tried to charge me to fix an error for a fling that was rejected to not understanding local rules 2)Made a verbal deal with the opposing who took advantage of the deal not being in writing which resulte...d in my being deposed twice and NEVER LANDING A DEPOSITION FROM OPPOSING. The error was compounded with a last-minute attempt for a reprieve that the court rejected and blamed be for not having more diligent counsel..they would not move the schedule. I think people dealing with serious ($$$) cases and especially federal should do their research.

I rented a place for massage this February, but the premises, I found latter, was too bad -- the neighbors of this place constantly make much noise. I decided to end the lease, but my building owner didn't want to do so. I had to ask for help from David . In less than two months David told me that th...e lease is successfully terminated and we can just leave it behind. David is very professional in the stuff he does, therefore I highly recommend him.
