David seems like and probably is a decent guy outside of the profession...but made erros and 1) tried to charge me to fix an error for a fling that was rejected to not understanding local rules
2)Made a verbal deal with the opposing who took advantage of the deal not being in writing which resulted in my being deposed twice and NEVER LANDING A DEPOSITION FROM OPPOSING.
The error was compounded with a last-minute attempt for a reprieve that the court rejected and blamed be for not having more diligent counsel..they would not move the schedule.
I think people dealing with serious ($$$) cases and especially federal should do their research.
