I have owned and operated a dispensary in los angeles for the last 9 years. Ariel has been our attorney for the past 6. During that time she has proven to be the most knowledgeable, diligent, and honest. If it were not for her I can honestly say we would no longer be in business. Aside from ...insuring that all of our legal work with the city was completed correctly, we had a legal mmj cultivation facility. As fate would have it our landlord did not pay his mortgage and he was foreclosed upon (something that he failed to mention to us). Shortly after a property manager from the bank was sent to the property to change the locks. You can imagine his surprise when he entered our unit. As most property managers who are unaware of the legality of our situation would do, he immediately called the police. The Narcotics department arrived promptly. Upon establishing the facility Ariel had assembled all the pertinent paperwork for just this occasion. The police spent about 20 min reviewing the information. They came back outside and told the property manager that if he wanted us out he would have to have us evicted, because we were not doing anything illegal. Given all of the issues we have had over the past 9 years we could never have expected that to happen. The bank (credit union) later told us that they were fine with us remaining there as long as the new owner had no qualms. we are still there and this happened over a year ago. Thanks to Ariel Clark
