This 'attorney' simply quit my case...and while he was on it, he did nothing but cancel court meetings. I spent more time speaking to his secretary/paralegal who told me it was "just too expensive" for him when I inquired why certain steps were not taken. He was constantly on vacation - Europe, Las ...Vegas - for important court dates. When he sent back the files, he did not even seal the box and important evidence was missing. Came fifteen minutes late to the deposition because he had to stop for breakfast. Only met him once!
