Randall Dale Armour

I hired Randall for over a year after my mom passed. He initially wrote her trust which had numerous mistakes. Getting his help was near impossible as he doent seem to be concerned with timelines or returning calls. The only service he really provides is frustration after spending thousands upon tho...usands of dollars.

Hired the attorney. Paid in Advance. Seems competent. After reading the trust we decided some changes were in order. He informed this would be an additional fee which we agreed to. He has not made the changes nor returned calls nor returned emails. What is the issue with paying for corrections and wh...y cannot someone email a date when the issue will be resolved. Nada.

We have used the services of Randall Armour 5 times. Each time he has given us wonderful service and advice on very complicated issues. His entire staff is always helpful and efficient. We have referred no less than 13 friends to Randall and they all, like us, love his work and attitude. Randall ob...viously loves his work and wants to the the best at it... and he is! We have never felt rushed and he takes all the time needed to explain all aspects of the transaction. Is is so conscientious that he makes two appointments if your time permits.. one to get all your information and what your needs are and another appointment a few days later after all the proper documents have been completed. He reviews and explains all the documents with you during the second appointment and makes sure that he has met your needs.
