Biography
Stuart Simone’s legal career has been expansive, litigating in limited and unlimited state court, bankruptcy court, administrative and federal court, as well as mediations and arbitrations. Prior to Simone Legal, Mr. Simone was the Managing Partner Attorney of a top consumer Los Angeles real estate, bankruptcy, and estate planning law firm in Southern California.
Mr. Simone has also worked on Mass Action Tort Lawsuits against the large banks that many believed caused the 2008 crash, including Countrywide, Wells Fargo, Chase, Bank of America, and Citi. In the aftermath is the Great Recession of 2008, Mr. Simone represented individual homeowners in the Los Angeles area who were wrongfully facing foreclosure and loss of their homes.
Mr. Simone has always fought for the individual against various business entities, from national banks to virtually all kinds of employers.
Stuart Simone is currently focusing on Estate Planning - "Everyone who owns property needs an Estate Plan!" - Real Estate Transactions and LLC Formation.
