Biography
Robert A. Brenner, Esq., of the Law Offices of Robert A. Brenner has devoted himself to defending the rights of victims of catastrophic injuries. He has successfully served in this capacity since 1975.
Mr. Brenner obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1968 from the University of Southern California. This was followed by his Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier College, Beverly School of Law in 1975. Later in 1975 he gained admittance into the California State Bar.
He boasts of being successful right from the beginning of his career. He was co-counsel in a trial which lead to a $21.4 million verdict in an aviation accident case. Another noteworthy mention the case of two electricians severely burned in an electrical explosion. Once again, Mr. Brenner was co-counsel. The legal team successfully achieved an outcome of over $38.2 million for the plaintiffs. This included a $27.2 million verdict and an additional $3.5 million in pre-trial settlements and interest on the verdict. In yet another burn injury wrongful death case a verdict was obtained in the amount of $16.1 million.
