I am the founder and CEO of a software company founded in Europe in 2011 but as well with an affiliate entity founded in California back in 2015. I was able to grow the company to multi million dollar revenue remotely by being based in Europe but traveling frequently to the US. Me and my team in Europe, we worked back and forth with Ashoori Law to collect all necessary documentation pertaining to the european and US entity and match it in Ashoori Law software infrastructure. The Ashoori Lawyer in the east coast was reviewing everything promptly but most importantly was giving me enough confidence in the process and was keeping me on the timeline to make sure that we were to fill on time before my children were to turn 21 so that all our family could immigrate. I can say that I was really impressed and touched by her personal and human touch and care for our case.
