Marc L McCulloch

            Marc L. McCulloch is a solo practitioner and also of counsel to the Marcarian Law Firm with a special emphasis on law and motion practice.  He holds his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of La Verne College of Law where he received numerous awards for academic excellence and wrote for the Juvenile Law Review.  The practice of law is Mr. McCulloch’s second career to which he brings a wealth of prior business experience.  He has written and argued several appeals on behalf of Marcarian Law Firm clients, resulting in favorable opinions in half of those cases. 

            In 2012, Marc McCulloch and Armond Marcarian were honored for their work in a ground-breaking class action based on California’s Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (Cal. Civ. Code §§ 56 et seq.)  For those efforts, on behalf of 1.6 million Californians, they were each named Consumer Champion 2012 by the Consumer Federation of California and finalists for the 2012 Street Fighter of the Year by the Consumer Attorneys of California.

            Mr. McCulloch is licensed to practice in the State of California and admitted before the California Supreme Court, the California Courts of Appeal, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  He is a member of the President’s Club of the Consumer Attorneys of California.
