Joseph Anthony Virgilio

This attorney was retained by my company for civil and will be reported to CalBar for malfeasance My company retained this individual, paid the full cost for 2nd district appeal process on a quite clear 2nd district civil judgement appeal. Problems from the very beginning of this process, other than... an initial request made by Virgilio or his alleged "case manager David Robinson, for the record to be transferred to 2nd district and a filing fee to be paid. After that tiny effort on Virgilios part, 3 subsequent notifications of default were discovered by our company Atty, not mentioned or remedied by Virgilio causing 2nd district to first threaten to dismiss (until our company atty stepped in to patch the missing filings and then as a result of the last egregious failure of Virgilio to remedy or even notify us / his clients of the issue, 2nd district did dismiss our case causing our company atty to have to file a motion for consideration / reinstatement based on our notification of this "appelate firm" being fired for dereliction of any form of judicial responsibility in bothering to pay attention, failing to meet and confer with us ---repeatedly -- failure to respond to calls and emails.
