Ashton Cohen began his legal career as a securities class-action attorney, representing shareholders and everyday Americans in high-stakes litigation. At just 24, he was already going up against some of the largest corporations in the country.

He later joined a prestigious national law firm, where he represented Fortune 500 companies, global corporations, and major insurance carriers in complex business disputes. Working on the inside of the corporate and insurance world gave Ashton a deep understanding of how big institutions evaluate claims, defend cases, and try to minimize payouts to clients.

After years of seeing how much power large corporations and insurers held—and how difficult it was for regular people to get a fair outcome—Ashton decided it was time to switch sides. He founded LA Injury Lawyers to use everything he learned on the corporate side on behalf of everyday people who are often at a severe disadvantage facing off against multi-billion dollar insurance companies.

Since founding LA Injury Lawyers, Ashton has helped clients secure millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts, earning a reputation for aggressive advocacy and a strategic approach that consistently delivers results. Outside his practice, Ashton has appeared as a legal and political commentator on Fox News, NPR, ABC, and other major outlets.
