I am in good standing and licensed to practice law in California and before the US Federal Courts. I am skilled in using Word, Excel, Pages (Mac), and GoogleDocs (Cloud Collaboration).

I have +10 years experience in creating and working in Excel based financial modeling and risk analysis (+$45M in transactions); closing complex financial transactions, licensing / distribution agreements and talent / "above-the-line" agreements (more than 15 motion pictures); delivering completed motion pictures for exploitation (more than 10 completed motion pictures); and acquiring completed motion pictures (more than 15 motion pictures).

I have managed an online crowdfunding effort through Kickstarter for motion picture financing raising ~$450K, which exceeded our goal of $250K.

I have coordinated, managed and executed the USA theatrical release of independently produced motion pictures including releases on as few as 25 screens to as many as 1200 screens.
