I left my family home because it was not a good environment for my children. I did not file for child support because I knew the mortgage needed to be payed.. Upon the sale of the house there giving him 68 thousand off the top because they said he was paying the mortgage. It was not taking into cons...ideration that had to pay rent for me and my kids to live. He basically lived in the house for free with his ? for six years. The note was 1200 a month 4 a four bedroom house and he is getting back 68 thousand. I don't understand this picture.

I retained Michele Gibson 4 years ago to help me try to attain full custody of my daughter. Although I did not attaining full custody, which is a difficult task to obtain. She made sure that all my rights as a father along with the important valuable time with my child where honored and had no prob...lems at all with making sure that a reasonable child support order was set to meet my financial stability. Even though my "Baby's Momma" can still be a headache at times, I can always reach her office and rely on Michele and her staff to be the source of Aspirin. "Thanks Michele!"
