Our first consultation with Mr Hagen set us at ease as my wife and I were very stressed out about the whole situation,. Jeff never promised that we would be dismissed of our debt but told us by the looks of our situation there was a very good chance our debts would be dismissed. Mr Hagen went through... the whole process of Chapter 7 and what could not or what could not happen, he was very thorough about the process. at the end of the meeting he gave us a workbook of questionnaires and forms he needed filled out before filling. He told us it would be a long and difficult process but he would be there if we were confused or did not understand something. He was correct it was a long and hard process but with his help we got through the all the paperwork. Our second consultation was similar to the first, it was just a recap and other necessary process that was needed to finalize the paperwork so he could submit our case. Mr Hagen is a real professional and works very hard for his clients, we received several email updates and a little pushing to get to worksheets completed and back to him asap. When it was our court date Jeff was there explaining how the process would go through out the day. When we were called up Mr Hagen was right there beside us as we were asked questions about our case. This was a long and difficult process and we would have never been able to do this on our own.
