Hiring Lawyer Rob Samudrala was the best decision I could've made. I was in a tough situation. I was stopped by the police after a terrible mistake of drinking and driving. My alcohol level was at around .15 the first time and .13 the second time. This was my first offense ever and I was very worried... about what implications it could have on my immigration status. I am a DACA recipient and my biggest worry was losing my DACA status and not being able to renew. Rob really listened to my concerns and truly cared. He walked me step by step through the various questions I had and worked with me to find the best solution. It took a couple of months trying to figure out what was the best approach for the case, which can only tell you how much he cared in finding the best solution. Rob was able to lower my charge from a DUI to a wet reckless. With the alcohol level being what it was, it was truly a miracle and he was able to get it done. Can not say enough words about Rob Samudrala!!! Decent and honest man, called him after i got my first DUI and 1 year suspension due to refusal. (on Apr 29, 2017) Can't say enough words about him, from the first time we talked he put my mind at ease and walked me through every process. Note: He didn...'t pushed me and tried to get money out of me, he explained every little detail and process honestly. I trusted him and he earned it. We met several times to go through the process and at the court date he dramatically decreased my charges and the BEST PART IS he even got my license back at the DMV hearing. Rob Samudrala is an excellent lawyer, through his services I was able to beat my DUI case!. My case dragged on for a bit approximately a year, but Rob was there for me all the way through, answering any question or concern I had. I hired Rob and his 'group' for help with a DUI. Part of the group was supposed to be and ex-DMV employee/expert that knew how to help the case get resolved without losing my license. I never talked to this 'expert' and even armed with a video from the CHP showing they did not have probable cause, Ro...b was unable to get a favorable outcome. Result: $3000 attorney, $1200 LA court, $500 DUI school, $750 misc DMV and 3x insurance premiums for 10 years. Not an effective group.

March 7, 2016 I want to Thank Mr. Samudrala for his legal expertise in representing me in my third DUI case. Without Mr. Samudrala's very expert advise I am sure that my case would not have had such a satisfying end. This is all due to the fact that Mr. Samudrala advised me to obtain a Scam an...kel bracelet and to attend AA meetings upon retaining him as my attorney. This paid off well as the court wanted me to wear an ankel bracelet and to attend AA meetings and the court was very impressed that I had accomplished these things 3 months prior to my court appearance. This played a big part in the the court's final orders in my case. Mr. Samudrala was able to obtain a credit for the time I had worn the ankel bracelet and attended AA meetings to be applied toward the court ordered time. I recommend Mr. Samudrala as a fabulous, compassionate and knowledgable attorney that would represent you 100%. Just remember when he gives you advise, follow it, it does impress the court that you are trying to do better. Mr. Samudrala help me turn my life around.
