Biography
Nathan A. Berneman is a partner attorney at Cal West Law and has been practicing bankruptcy law since 1992. Nathan received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Northridge before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles. He later founded his own firm, where he assisted individuals and corporations with filing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Nathan has extensive court experience and regularly makes special appearances on behalf of other attorneys that are unable to appear themselves. He works to help clients understand whether bankruptcy makes sense for them before guiding them through each phase of the progress. Nathan is licensed by the California State Bar and is a Charter Member of the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Association.

Nathan filed a Chapter 13 BK for me and he did a great job. He worked hard with the court and all the creditors to make sure the paperwork was filed correctly. He also answered all of my emails in a timely manner. I would recommend Nathan to anyone who needs a good Bankruptcy Lawyer.
