Clients calling in with questions tell me that I am easy to understand. They say the way I explain the law relating to their matter tends to put them at ease because things start to make some sense. I do my best to help clients understand the process as we go through it. I am proud of this because I feel it is a big part of my job as a lawyer. I care about my clients and I get good results. Of course, you can determine this for yourself, just give me a call.

Bad Timing
Since Chris was recommended to me by a trusted friend, I didn’t think I needed to do a background check on the firm for which she was working. Big mistake! Always check. I am still associated with the annoying bankruptcy proceedings of this firm. Also, Chris did not communicate at our initial int...
I agree this was bad timing. I took on this case three weeks before my twelve-day vacation out of the country. At that time no hearings were set. The first hearing was later set for a week and a half after my return. Ordinarily this would not have been an issue. However, to my surprise, I returned to find my firm in turmoil. Despite the fact the issues at the firm had nothing to do with my client matters, I had to transition very quickly into a sole proprietorship. Of course, this was done along with my regular work. Although I am a pretty good time manager, I cannot always foresee when a client’s case will develop an important issue that requires a greater amount of my time. If this happens when I am on vacation or when my hands are full with other business/client matters, it can be difficult. Ordinarily, a little rearranging of my schedule and working harder is all that is required. When I am on vacation, my paralegal and other attorneys are available to assist my clients with emergencies. This has worked well over the years and in my opinion the outcome of this matter was not significantly affected by the way the case was handled. However, I was saddened by my client’s dissatisfaction and I did what I could to try and mend our relationship. I am not perfect and some things are out of my control, but I do work hard for and care about my clients.
"I have closely observed Chris Gray the last few years provide clear and compassionate legal counsel to her clients. She carefully walks her clients through weighty, personal decisions. Whether a legacy protecting estate plan, a trust administration, a challenging probate, or a safeguarding conservatorship, Chris faithfully counsels and guides her clients toward their desired ends. In a word, Chris Gray not only provides her clients excellent legal services, but also gives them what few can provide—peace of mind."
"I endorse this lawyer. Attorney Gray is an outstanding attorney with an exceptional reputation. She is a strong and zealous advocate for her clients and true credit to the legal profession. I highly recommend her legal services."
"Chris Gray is a fantastic choice for any of your estate planning and conservatorship needs. I’ve noticed she has a knack for getting right to the heart of what her clients want (or need) – and a unique ability to describe things in ‘plain English’ rather than complicating matters with daunting legal jargon. Chris is incredibly patient and, in my experience, has proven she can be a great calming influence for clients if they ever find themselves grappling with uncomfortable or stressful intra-family dynamics during the course of their representation. Simply put, I highly recommend Chris…. In fact, I’ve even recommended her services to some of my own family members."
