It sounds like you never purchased an abstract- that is why your license is suspended. An abstract cots $10.00. Get an attorney to deal with this.

You have to deal with this ticket. Get an arraignment date- plead not guilty and set a trial date. Hopefully you will not have to post any bail.

It is now in the DA's hands whether to file charges. The statute if limitations has not run yet. The adult should get an attorney .
