Yes- fortunately it is a fix it ticket - expect for the parking ticket. Get it fixed and pay them off!

Both matters are felonies, only the 11360 is a wobbler.

It is doubtful if you will do any time for this. It is quite possible that DA might not even file charges. Your past history will come into play.

You can get a restraining order and show police the emails to see if they will file a report with DA. A civil lawsuit might be possible.
