The real,question is whether you wife should have custody/visitation with your son. The passport is not the issue. Speak with a family lawyer.

You cannot sign up for traffic school prior to trial without pleading guilty. Let your attorney handle this.

All you can do is file a police report . They will forward it to DA to file criminal charges- if any. You may have a civil action.
