The fine for red light photo tickets is statutory. You might be able to do community service.

HJC is a good court for DUI matters at arraignment . Giving DNA will knock 3 months off your alcohol school . Talk to your attorney .

You should have obtained a conservatordhip over your father before you sold property. It is up to DA to file charges.
