Bring your paperwork regarding fees paid and planned non operational to court. Hopefully that will cure your issues with court.

Cases that are dismissed should not count in current charges.
What can I do about registration tickets on a car that won't pass smog and is not worth fixing? Would retiring the car fix that?

File with DMV a planned non operation. Retiring the car is your best option. Your might get dismissed.

Get an attorney for this one. An attornry may be able to negotiate a non pointer and/or reduced fines. Hopefully officer will not show.
