Both of my colleagues are correct. There will be a judge or commissioner available if you do not stipulate to judge pro tem.

Warrants never expire. You most likely have warrants for not completing the terms of your sentence.

Yes you can fight this ticket with an attorney. Its s non point moving violation so going to traffic school is not necessary.
