Call DMV Mandatory Actions Unit. You might be able to enroll in class - get SR 22 - and perhaps you will get a restricted license.

Get a 1650 waiver from CA DMV mandatory Action Unit. You won't be able to drive in CA for 3 years- but it sounds like a quick answer to your problems.
