Your citation cannot be moved to Northern California. The offense occurred in Los Angeles. You need to appear- or have an attorney appear for you....

It sounds like you already had your trial and were fined. The due date on the ticket is not relevant if you already appeared in court.

Yes it is valid! You do not want to handle this without an attorney. You risk losing your license for one year.

You still need to deal with citation -I assume he gave you . Contact mandatory actions unit of DMV in Sacramento and apply for critical needs...
I got a ticket for disturbing the peace and got sentences to pay at $550 fine.

You need to go to court and get matter put on calendar ASAP and request additional time.
