If you paid for the ticket at the clerks office the hold should be lifted - otherwise you still have a hold.

My colleagues are correct. Fresno is where the warrant must be dealt with. This will haunt you until you take care of it. What is the offense?

All DMV 's connect with each other through the Interstate Compact Act - expect for 3 states. Take care of your issues in GA as your license might...
While on DUI probation with the DMV, are you allowed to have under 0.01 BAC? Or are you not suppose to have a BAC over 0.00?

My colleague is correct. The terms of your probation state no measurable alcohol.
