Get CA license. An attorney can get this reduced at arraignment or at trial.

Mr. Kaman is correct. Insurance companies will look at this offense for up to 7 years. Your record never disappears.

You need an attorney. Make sure he has calibration with him for his speedometer. Traffic school is an option. Ask him to dismiss cell phone ticket....

If you fight it - get an attorney. There is great controversy about the state of these tickets now . You might be able to get fine reduced.
