Ms. McCall's response is perfect. Many prosecutors or court simply do not believe in deferred sentencing when it comes to petty thefts.

You will not be able to get your license in another state as your license is suspended in CA.

It is probably to late to ask for traffic school 2 years after you were found guilty.
Received a CA. TR-215 notice of decision regarding my trial by written declaration (Redlight Camera).

Yes it may be possible. You will need an attorney. Have criminal charges been filed against you, or is this a civil case.
