Sharlene Denise Lee

I am an associate in the litigation and employment group at Nevers, Palazzo, Packard, Wildermuth, and Wynner. I represent clients in business, real estate and employment matters. My experience includes prosecuting and defending matters involving  trade secrets, unfair competition, privacy, defamation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, shareholder derivative claims, and real estate disputes. I have successfully brought and defended anti-SLAPP motions, protecting my clients’ First Amendment rights.

I also advise and defend employers against wrongful termination and whistleblower claims. I counsel companies on employment issues such as trade secrets, employment discrimination, harassment, unfair competition (including solicitation and competition issues), employee disciplinary matters, hiring and firing, and other employment policies and procedures.

I have also represented indigent clients on a pro bono basis with the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law.
