Douglas Joseph Rosner

Mr. Rosner has been a Civil Lawyer with broad based experience in Civil, Business and Family Law since 1980.

Mr. Rosner has been involved in the Collaborative Practice since 2004. . Mr. Rosner has been involved in the Collaborative Practice since 2004.  Mr. Rosner is a founding member of Civil Collaborative Professionals (CCP). A multiple discipline practice group with members in California and Arizona, offering support, education and team building to provide a Collaborative team approach to the resolution of conflicts in the substantive areas of Civil and Trust and Estates. Mr. Rosner serves on the Board of Directors of CP CAL, a statewide organization of collaborative practice groups, a founding member of Civil Collaborative Solution (). Mr. Rosner also serves as West Coast Chapter Chair of Global Collaborative Law Council ([) an organization involved in international practice of civil collaborative law. 

Mr. Rosner has handled matters involving financial elder abuse and trusts disputes. Mr. Rosner believes that disputes involving Trust and Estates, Business, Real Estate, Employment and other Civil disputes  can successfully be resolved through the Collaborative Process, if required will go to court. 

Mr. Rosner has presented at California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform (CANHR) 2015 annual conference, the 2016 annual conference of  Global Collaborative Law Council and has made numerous presentations for other organizations. Mr. Rosner is an adjunct law professor.
