For 2+ years, Carolyn Phillip's kept us from being sued for massive damages by her expertise in easement/ sewer matters and wording documents in such a way that kept us out of the Ventura courts against TWO lawyer groups. We have used Carolyn on numerous occasions to help us on real estate matters. We had a dispute with a company who had contracted to put on guttering covers, and in doing so did damage to our roof. When questioned they tried to put blame on the roofing company who had put our roof on 10 years prior.... The gutters were to close to the roof, but nothing was said, and they didn't want to take responsibility. She contacted them and soon we had our gutters lowered and new coverings installed, without having to take it to court. She is very knowledgeable and thorough in her work, and I would highly recommend her.
