OUTCOME: Six-day bench trial. The matter was settled after defense experts testified.

Commercial sales transaction dispute between two businesses. Plaintiff, produce grower, alleged that my client, a manufacturer, had sold it a defective, custom built, vacuum cooler. I represented m ... anufacturer whose defense was that the produce grower had modified the machine and caused the mechanical issues about which it now complained. This was an expert and fact intensive case.
