Alana Billa Anaya

I don't understand why people does this, Hired her and did nothing, Acted like knowing everything, claimed to be my warrior, painted a picture where i had case and acted by asking the right questions just for me to get the impression she knew everything, She doesn't even deserved to be talked about,... if you don't want your money stolen, please don't hire her. Waste of profession, because of people like this one we hate Lawyers. God will handle all the injustice done by this people.

I retained Alana Anaya for some real estate subject matter legal expertise and am sure glad I did. Alana's extensive real estate knowledge plus her significant legal background provided a quick settlement on my behalf. Her legal analysis was made easy to read and proved so compelling we were able ...to prosecute this to a successful conclusion without litigation. I would hire Alana in a heartbeat. I thought a "good attorney" was an oxy-moron. In Alana's case she is the real deal and is a damn good attorney.

We hired Ms. Anaya due to an issue with a real estate transaction. From the beginning we tried to warn her not to take our adversary lightly just because she didn't have an attorney. Ms. Anaya did indeed take the situation too lightly. It appeared to us that she did not do her due diligence. There we...re documents she should have discovered early on in our case that would have brought us to the point of settling LONG before we did. This would have saved us easily $6000. There were multiple times we asked very specific questions and never got answers to them. We were told we had a "slam dunk" case at the beginning, but as the case went on it seemed as if she had more sympathy for our adversary then having our backs. The first judgment statement sent to us to sign was so riddled with inaccuracies we had to spend several hours correcting the mistakes. The second one we received had many, many of the same errors. We questioned who was actually handling our case and we were reassured she was handling it personally...well, it wasn't until we asked that question that the 3rd statement was pretty much accurate. This was unnecessary as we had gone line by line through the statement crossing out and editing out the errors in the 1st one we received. There were also several invoices that made absolutely no sense. When we questioned the billing, the response we got did not match up with the records we had...to the tune of a $2,700 surprise bill. Very disappointed in the services we received for the money we spent.
