Knowledgeable Medical Malpractice Attorney

I am truly grateful that I had Stephanie as my attorney on my medical malpractice case. From the beginning she was very kind and compassionate in regard to my circumstances and I can tell that she was eager to help me. Stephanie is very knowledgeable in her field, has excellent customer services sk...ills, knows how to communicate efficiently, and will get things done in a timely manner. I was pleased with the outcome and I would definitely recommend her to family, friends, and the general public.

Expertise is everything

We are glad we chose Johnson and Moore to handle our case dealing with residential care facility abuse. I first communicated with Greg Johnson explaining the circumstances of the events that occurred. He explained they are highly selective in the cases they take. We had been turned down by two other ...law firms in taking on our case because they didn't specialize in elder abuse and the low success rate in these types of cases. Greg explained Johnson and Moore specialize in elderly cases and thought, as I did, that we had and extremely strong case. Stephanie Johnson was the lawyer that handled our case with great care and expertise. We were up against a very experienced and aggressive law firm Stephanie had dealt with before and knew it would take a great effort to win. The outcome came out much better than we could have ever expected with a seven figure settlement. Stephanie and her office crew handled everything without us having to appear in court or even do a deposition.

Best elder abuse lawyer!

We were referred to Johnson Moore by one of California’s 100 Super Lawyers, who informed me that the Johnson Moore had the highest jury verdicts and settlements in the state for elder abuse cases. I am a trial lawyer in civil cases myself so I wanted the best representation for our elder abuse case. ... Consequently, this recommendation comes not only from a Super Lawyer but also from me, an attorney with many years of trial experience. Johnson Moore is simply the best in their field. They are highly skilled and have a formidable reputation among the unfortunate attorneys who happen to oppose them. I learned this from a friend of mine whose firm is currently defending an elder abuse lawsuit against Johnson Moore. In our case, they simply “out-lawyered" the defendants and obtained a result that met or exceeded our expectations. In addition to their skill, Greg Johnson and Stephanie Johnson were compassionate, considerate and communicated with us faithfully throughout the duration of the case. It is rare to find this combination of expertise and people skills in lawyers, but Johnson Moore has it in spades. They also had Kristy Anderson represent us in the probate of our loved one's estate, and she was also highly skilled. She did not hesitate in going to my elderly mother's home several times to explain the probate proceedings and obtain her signature on some documents. I can't praise Johnson Moore enough and give them my unqualified recommendation.
