Michael Harold Pinchak

Michael Pinchak has dedicated more than 35 years to fighting on behalf of California’s injured workers across the vast Los Angeles area, from San Bernardino to Ventura. Mr. Pinchak’s integrity and dedication to injured workers and their families have made him well known as a respected leader in the workers’ compensation field as he secures the most benefits and positive outcomes for each of his clients and/or their families.

Throughout his long and successful legal career, in addition to being a full time advocate for California’s injured workers, Mr. Pinchak has also found time to be a Mock Trial leader for high school teams, was a Mock Trial Judge at his alma mater, UCLA, and also has guest lectured in workers’ compensation classes at Pepperdine Law School.

Mr. Pinchak also spent part of his career working on the defense/insurance side of workers’ compensation, which allows him to see cases from both sides. His knowledge of how the defense side works allows him to see how to get the best results his clients. His desire to defend the rights of California’s injured workers drove him back to their side. He is dedicated to taking classes and doing the reading that keeps him current on the ever-changing California workers’ compensation system.   Mr. Pinchak has continued to assist clients with their future medical needs years after the disability portion of the case has settled.
